Why STEM?
STEM is the foundation of our afterschool program because it provides real-world skills that children will need for tomorrow’s world. From creating original art pieces to writing their own stories, your child will explore key elements of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math—while expressing themselves creatively! The best part? Every activity is designed to build essential skills for both school success and life.

Active Participation = Real Learning
Children learn best when they’re actively engaged, and our curriculum is designed to make that happen! Your child will explore the outdoors through fun, interactive learning experiences, engage in group activities that foster teamwork and problem-solving, and tap into their imagination with hands-on art projects. Each activity is carefully designed to encourage children to investigate, explore, and create while developing important academic, emotional, and social skills.

My son (9 yrs old) has been at Bent Tree for almost 3 years and we LOVE it. He is picked up from school, which is truly a blessing. The staff is amazing! They treat my son with so much love. My kids are happy in this school, the teachers are Amazingly awesome and the kids love all their teachers. My son is in Kindergarten and has learned sooooo much this year. They will be transferred to another school for 1st grade but they will do after school here in bent tree. The director is the sweetest and you can see how much she loves all of those kids.
